Dear Profile,
"The Girls" are apparently what Hendrix is all about. At least, that's what I gathered from the pages of the Troubadour. Senior Girls, Toga with the Girls, Nothin' Like a Senior Girl, Graduation with the same girls. No one Better than The Girls?
I beg to differ. Toga this? Last time I checked "The Girls" weren't the only ones dressed up for the time-honored tradition. Malta was a big stop for one of "The Girls" but that doesn't mean it deserves a big spot in the yearbook. The Girls had a great time at the Senior banquet and it looks like they've been "livin' large." It appears that "the Girls" covered everything. What's left? The rest of the campus! It's unfortunate that "The Girls" weren't involved with the great productions of the Players or that they didn't attend all of the events hosted by Social Committee. I'm let down the girls didn't have a hand in MDC or Student Senate. If only "The Girls" were active in Unity or StuMo or any of the numerous student organizations and clubs.
The results are in-Hendrix is about "The Girls." If only we had all been friends with Editor-in-Chief and Chief Girl, Allison Roberts, then perhaps our actions could have been remembered, too. But, Kudos to Megan and Marli! Your sections were fair and representative of our campus--not to mention they looked great! Thanks for your hard work.
